MCN in the Community!

The 09/20 Health Friday event, patients wait to receive eye exams, bone density tests, and more.

With the support of the Consulate General of México in Austin,  Mexicanas en Austin Project Health CVS, Austin Public Health HHS, Migrant Clinicians Network and Prevent Blindness Texas, last Friday the Ventanilla de Salud Austin held their Health Friday where participants were able to check their blood pressure, receive free COVID-19 tests with information on respiratory diseases and all sort of screening tests such as, eye exams, bone density tests, glucose and cholesterol tests, and vaccinations.

Thanks to Project Health CVS we offered 67 bone density, blood pression, blood sugar, and cholesterol tests

Thanks to the HHR campaign, Risk Less. Do more., 78 home COVID tests were given away with information on COVID-19, flu, and RSV.

Prevent Blindness Texas was also present and offered 47 eye screenings.
