MCN is committed to providing high-quality continuing education to frontline providers that expands beyond the clinical skills-building instruction provided by health professions schools or other trade associations. MCN’s comprehensive education program helps develop excellence in practice, clinical leadership, and the dissemination of best models and practices for quality health care to our communities for all members of the health care team. Our foci include subpopulations such as farmworkers, construction workers, and post-disaster workers, as well as people fleeing disaster, clinicians experiencing distress in their workplace, and more. We explore emerging issues from the clinical lens so clinicians can support strong communities and ensure our workforces stay healthy.
