Fall COVID vaccines are out in the world! But how much will they cost? “For adults who don't have Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance, the out-of-pocket cost for a COVID vaccine may run them up to $200 after administration fees are applied. Pfizer said that its patient assistance program will be available later this fall and will provide "eligible uninsured individuals" age 12 and older the vaccine for free. Weekly Win: Thanks to a class action lawsuit settlement, immigrant families who were separated at the US-Mexico border now have all their out-of-pocket health care expenses at health centers covered for an entire year. MCN in the Community!

Last week, Austin VDS kicked off their RSV campaign at their weekly heath fair!

Thanks to the amazing support from the Austin Public Health Department, 99 vaccines were administered free of charge.

Photo of 5 at-home COVID tests lined up on a table. Thanks to a generous donation from ForsMarsh as part of the Risk Less, Do More campaign, 10 Ventanillas de Salud received free COVID-19 tests, distributing 150 in Austin alone.
