Earlier this week was World Mental Health Day. The Witness to Witness team recommended cyclic sighing as one short practice to use to feel calmer in just a few minutes. We are thinking about all of those impacted by and recovering from the recent hurricanes. Claire shared this AP article from Gisela Salomon that says it best: “For the Spanish speakers and a smaller number of African refugees, new lives in the US were already a daily struggle because of the language barrier and lack of resources.
