Mirtala Barrón was born in the city of Allende in Coahuila, México. She graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila (México) with a degree in business administration. Barrón obtained her certification as a Community Health Worker from the state of Texas. For 12 years, she has worked at the Ventanilla de Salud within the Consulate of México in Eagle Pass, Texas. She is passionate about helping anyone in need. She is the founder of a project titled, “The Smile of a Child/ La Sonrisa de un niño.” In her free time, she enjoys music and spending time with family.
